Homeland 12
Homeland 12 Homeland 12 is a drilling program that marks the sixth investment from our institutional partner and consists of 50 wells in Forest County, Pennsylvania. Funded in December of 2010, this project is the second phase of development on Warrant 2980. All 50 drilling locations have been built and drilling began in February of 2011. The project is scheduled for completion on June 30, 2011, marking our most aggressive operating schedule.
Homeland 11
Homeland 11 Funded in November of 2010, our Gathering Project will double our production capacity while improving efficiencies (elimination of liquid traps and excessive directional changes) for the gas production of 131 wells owned and operated by Homeland Energy Ventures. We will work with our longtime midstream partner in the area to deliver the gas to market.
Homeland 10
Homeland 10 This project marks Homeland’s first directional drilling program and will consist of 3 diagonal/directional oil wells in partnership with the City of Warren. Homeland is drilling from one pad to produce underneath another area not suited for surface disturbance. Currently, one of the 3 wells has been drilled and we are currently waiting for equipment to finish the program.
Homeland 9
Homeland 9 The Homeland 9 drilling program consists of 50 wells on Warrant 2980 in the Alleghany National Forest in Forest County, PA. This project was funded in December 2009 and is located on property obtained through one of our strategic partners in Northwestern PA. There are several hundred additional drilling locations on this property that Homeland expects to develop in the future. All 50 wells have been completed and are producing oil and gas.
Homeland 8
Homeland 8 This drilling program is a 27 well project in Warren County, Pennsylvania. Geological studies show the presence of the Glade, Clarendon, Ball Town, Cherry Grove and Tiona formations throughout the lease. The Clarendon and Cherry Grove sands have proven to be strong oil producers, while the Glade, Ball Town and Tiona formations have yielded liquid-rich (1285 btu) natural gas. Project 8 marks the 4th investment from our institutional partner.
Homeland 7
Homeland 7 The Homeland 7 is a project consisting of 5 wells in Warren County, Pennsylvania. Homeland was awarded the assignment of these valuable locations by the City of Warren and has partnered with the city on this project. The project was funded by a small group of 5 investors. These wells are particularly shallow (1100 feet) and have yielded superior returns for our investors.
Homeland 6
Homeland 6 The Homeland 6 is comprised of 60 wells under several Homeland leases, which are located in Warren County, Pennsylvania and is currently Homeland’s largest project. Funded by our institutional partner, these wells were open-hole fracked and averaged more than 12 pay zones per well. All 60 wells have been drilled and will be a significant contributor to our Gathering Project, to be completed in April of 2011.
Homeland 5
Homeland 5 The Homeland 5 project is a 21 well Upper Devonian project located in Northwest Pennsylvania. It was the second time our institutional investor placed capital into a Homeland project. All 21 wells have been drilled and completed and are producing commercial quantities of oil and gas. These wells will contribute gas production to our Gathering Project started in November of 2010.
Homeland 4
Homeland 4 The Homeland 4 project consists of 14 wells in Northwest Pennsylvania, all of which are producing commercial quantities of oil and gas. This project was funded in December 2007 and will add liquid-rich production to our Gathering Project. These wells have produced significant quantities of Penn Grade Crude Oil. This watershed project was Homeland’s first with our institutional partner, a private fund that specializes in Appalachian Basin oil and gas investing.
Homeland 3
Homeland 3 The Keystone Drilling Program (Keystone) is Homeland's third program, and like Homeland 1 and 2, was internally syndicated. Homeland 3 was funded by 26 individual investors and included 8 of the 18 investors from the Homeland 2. The Keystone program, completed in mid 2007, is comprised of 17 wells, 8 of which are located in the Allegheny National Forest, McKean County. The remaining 9 wells are on private acreage in Warren County, PA. All wells are receiving service work, including 9 wells that are being connected our new gathering system in Warren County (see Homeland 11) for capacity enhancements. Production will resume in April of 2011.
Homeland 2
Homeland 2 The Annabelle Second Drilling Program (A-2) is a 12-well project located on the Annabelle lease in the Allegheny National Forest. The Annabelle lease is a farm-out arrangement with East Resources (now Royal Dutch Shell) and a private investment group. This project was funded by 18 investors including 6 of 10 of those who participated in Homeland 1. Excavation began in the Fall of 2005 and all twelve wells were completed and producing by June 2006. All wells are currently receiving service work including down-hole repairs and video and gamma ray evaluation and will resume production activities in late April 2011.
Homeland 1
Homeland 1 Homeland Energy Ventures' first drilling program was completed in March of 2005. The project was internally syndicated through a Regulation D exempt offering, with 10 individual investors participating. The Annabelle Drilling Program (A-1) is comprised of three wells on the Annabelle lease in McKean County. All wells are currently receiving service work including paraffin treatment and rods and tubing overhauls and will resume production in April 2011.
