Homeland Energy Ventures got its start forming limited partnerships to execute its various projects and serves as the Managing General Partner for all such Reg D offerings. Homeland is closely involved in all phases of operations including: geological studies, leasing, surveying, permitting, site preperation, drilling, completions, production and sales. To date, Homeland Energy Ventures has funded six projects for individual and investors who have placed capital into partnerships. All projects are located in Western Pennsylvania, a long-time prolific area for the production of Penn-Grade crude oil and natural gas.

More recently Homeland also performs development, production and maintenance services for institutional investors. Homeland Energy Ventures and Homeland Drilling Company have developed four such projects consisting of more than 120 and is in the process of completing an additional 50 well program.

Homeland plays an active role in Northeastern Pennsylvania Marcellus Shale by representing landowner interests during the leasing process. Jack Sordoni – President

Mr. Sordoni is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Homeland Energy Ventures, LLC. Since forming the company in January of 2004, Mr. Sordoni has overseen all Homeland drilling programs, consisting of more than 200 oil and natural gas wells in the Pennsylvania region of the Appalachian Basin. He is a recognized expert and paid consultant for investment bankers, private equity firms and family offices throughout the country on industry related topics.

Mr. Sordoni has organized and structured the capital raises for all Homeland drilling programs. Additionally, he has managed all components of the Homeland businesses including operations, lease negotiations, capital formation, regulatory compliance, accounting, legal and its contract services business. He has successfully negotiated larger scale programs with institutional investors and lease acquisitions on behalf of the Homeland companies.

A longtime resident of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Jack Sordoni now resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is engaged in a number of charitable and political agendas. He serves as a director of The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry and enjoys memberships in the Pennsylvania Society, The Westmoreland Club and The New York Friar's Club.

Mr. Sordoni earned a B.S. degree in Business from the University of Scranton, and a Law degree from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.

Steven J. Adelkoff – Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel

Mr. Adelkoff specializes in international and domestic energy, global capital markets and real estate transactions. He advises the company on all aspects of business strategy, legal matters, capital raising activities, financial modeling and taxation. Mr. Adelkoff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, a Master of Business degree from Cornell University The Johnson School of Management and a Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Jeffrey Blymiller – Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Blymiller joined Homeland Energy Ventures, LLC in 2004, and serves as senior field supervisor overseeing the company's drilling and operations activities. He has more than thirteen years of experience in all facets of the oil and natural gas exploration industry in the Appalachian Basin, particularly activities located in western Pennsylvania.

During his career, Mr. Blymiller had first hand on-the-job experience in every aspect of the development and operations of oil and natural gas wells, including pipelines and infrastructure, excavation, site construction, drilling, completion and well maintenance activities. Mr. Blymiller has worked for publicly traded and privately held companies, which brings a valuable perspective to our strategic planning.

John Ruckno – Vice-President - Controller

Mr. Ruckno originally joined the Homeland team to assist in the supervision of drilling and leasing activities. His construction management background has provided Homeland, with sound judgment and experience to operate a complex, business. While he continues to provide guidance to our Operations activities, Mr. Ruckno also manages all Back Office functions, which include accounting, production reconciliation, reporting and investor relations.

Mr. Ruckno earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management/Marketing from Susquehanna University. Mr. Ruckno has studied abroad at the University of London in England and worked internationally at the Chevron Corporation. With his orientation to project management and experience within the energy sector, Mr. Ruckno is an active contributor to the strategic growth plan for the Homeland Companies.

Professional Advisors

In addition to the foregoing members of the Homeland Energy team, we have engaged the law firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis, LLP and the auditing firm of Parente Randolph. Both professional service firms have experience in the oil and natural gas industry, and provide a full range of legal and accounting services to the Homeland Energy companies.

Charles Morgan

Mr. Morgan is a principal of the accountancy firm of Parente Randolph, LLC, resident in its Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania office. He is the Managing Director in charge of the small business department for the firm. He has more than 25 years experience in accounting, tax and audit. His area of expertise is construction contractors, including general cont ractors with revenues in excess of $50,000,000 annually.

Mr. Morgan and his team at Parente Randolph advise the company with respect to accounting and tax matters, including controls and financial reporting issues. Mr. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the King's College, and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Professional Consultants

Darryl E. Pierce, P.E.

Mr. Pierce provides petroleum engineering expertise to Homeland Energy Ventures. He is the owner of Edwards Engineering, an oil and gas consulting firm in Warren, PA. Mr. Pierce has over 30 years of experience in offshore and onshore well drilling and completion and performing lease and property evaluation and production projections.

While providing services to various clients, Mr. Pierce has supervised the drilling of deep wells in Oklahoma (18,000 ft.), Louisiana (16,000 ft.), Mississippi (22,000 ft.) and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico (13,000 ft.). He supervised drilling rigs in Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Montana and consulted on a high pressure, low volume water flow well in Dubai, UAE. He has performed reserve evaluation and economic analyses for clients in the United States and Canada, designed and supervised construction of gas gathering lines and sales systems, testified before numerous state, local and federal governments, and assisted in the development of local drilling ordinances.

Mr. Pierce is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers of AIME and a Board Member of the Pennsylvania Oil & Gas Association. Mr. Pierce earned a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Dan A. Billman, P.G.

Mr. Billman, a registered Professional Geologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, consults with Homeland Energy Ventures, LLC in the areas of reservoir assessment and field operations. He is president and principal geologist at Billman Geologic Consultants, Inc. Mr. Billmann has more than 15 years experience in field operations, including sample analysis of rock cuttings, rock core analysis, electric log analysis, and well completion recommendations.

In assignments for various independent oil and gas operators, Mr. Billman has conducted numerous evaluations of drilling locations in Paleozoic formations of the Appalachian and Illinois basins. He has also completed geologic reviews of oil and gas prospects in the Appalachian, Anadarko, Black Warrior, Delaware/Permian, East Texas, Fort Worth, and Illinois basins.

Mr. Billman is past president of the Pittsburgh Association of Petroleum Geologists and is also a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Society of Professional Well Log Analysts, the Independent Oil & Gas Association of Pennsylvania (a cooperating association of the IPAA), the Appalachian Geological Society, the Ohio Geological Society, and the Pittsburgh Geological Society. He earned a B.S. degree in geology from the University of Toledo and an M.S. degree in geology from West Virginia University.
